EnergyRecruit provides recruitment services tailored to energy sector needs, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.

EnergyRecruit offers digital reports, webinars, and online training modules designed to enhance professional skills and industry knowledge.

5. Goods

EnergyRecruit may offer branded merchandise and printed materials available for purchase through the platform.

6. Fees and Payment

All fees are displayed at the time of order. Payment is required before services are rendered, digital access is granted, or goods are shipped.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services

If a client requests cancellation at least 14 days prior to the scheduled service start date, EnergyRecruit will return the full fee via the original method within 10 business days. Clients may reschedule a service by notifying us at least 7 days before the original date; the fee will be applied to a new date at no extra cost. Services confirmed less than 7 days before commencement are expressly non-refundable due to the preparation of resources and personnel.

7.2 Information Products

Clients may preview digital products before purchase. If not fully satisfied, a return request may be made within 7 days of download. Upon request, EnergyRecruit will revoke access and return the fee within 7 business days.

7.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of receipt in the original, unopened condition. Return shipping is the purchaser’s responsibility unless the item is defective. Upon acceptance of the returned item, EnergyRecruit will issue a return shipment confirmation and refund the fee within 14 business days.

8. Changes to Terms

EnergyRecruit may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Swiss law.
